Mike Khouw Sees Unusual Options Activity In XLI

On CNBC’s “Options Action,” Mike Khouw spoke about unusually high options activity in Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund (NYSE: XLI). Its put options volume on Thursday was double its average daily volume.

The most active options of the day were the Jan. $67 puts. Around 2,500 contracts were traded for $1.00. The trade breaks even at $66 or 13.51% below the closing price on Thursday.
